The prestige cuvée from Monte Rossa has existed since 1985, has always been made from the single vineyard on the Monte Rossa hill and is 100% fermented in barriques. In order to mature to full harmony and elegance, the Cabochon matures for at least 40 months in contact with the yeasts in the bottle.
