2022 Castel Firmian Marzemino

This grape originates from Carinthia and was already cultivated there in the 11th century. In Trentino, it has found its ideal habitat in Vallagarina. Its high quality was already mentioned in Mozart's "Don Giovanni". Traditional red vinification with skin maceration and fermentation at a controlled temperature. Color: Deep ruby red Bouquet: Notes of mint and sour cherries on the nose. Taste: A full-bodied, dense wine with aromas of blackcurrant, blackberry and blueberry.

Recommendation: We recommend this wine with blue cheese, pasta and roast veal.
