The mousse of the Chardonnay sparkling wine is very intense with a strong bubbliness on the tongue. Aromas of ripe yellow fruits such as pineapple, quince and pear characterize the aromatics of the sparkling wine. An intense brioche aroma is reminiscent of champagne. The zero dosage makes this sparkling wine a unique experience. An excellent food companion.
