Yellow apples, biscuit, a hint of vanilla and clove, exotic fruits on the palate. Mineral finish, excellent ageing potential.

Intense bouquet of dried fruit and blossom honey, with a hint of cloves. Pineapple and other exotic fruits on the palate, the barrel ageing adds roasted notes, caramel and nougat tones. High grape ripeness makes the wine powerful, but always remains elegant and juicy. Fine minerality on the finish, definitely benefits from further bottle ageing.
