Cuvee No. 25 Non-alcoholic

At the end of May to the beginning of June, we get to grips with the Douglas fir with shears and cut off the tender young shoots before the forest dwellers discover this tasty treat for themselves. Based on old apple and pear varieties, we combine sloe and blackcurrant with the fresh, fragrant shoots of Douglas fir.
