The fully ripe grapes are gently harvested at freezing temperatures in the middle of the night and processed immediately. In order to preserve the varietal fruitiness and guarantee drinking pleasure, this wine is matured exclusively in stainless steel tanks. Typical for our sweet wines is a rather high acidity, which makes them a pleasure to drink.
Taste: Grapefruit, citrus fruit, some exotic hints, sugar melon, elderflower, lovely fresh fruit on the palate, well-balanced with lively acidity
