2018 Errazuriz Syrah La Cumbre

Dark ruby red with violet reflections, bright in the glass. The bouquet is intense, fruity and spicy, with scents of cassis, blackberries and black pepper, notes of eucalyptus and delicate nuances of vanilla. A delicate, expressive Syrah spice opens up on the palate, with aromas of blueberries and blackcurrants, powerful, beautiful body and fine, soft tannins. This is followed by a long finish with tobacco notes. Syrah at its finest!

Recommendation: Serve decanted at 16-18 degrees Celsius, it goes wonderfully with roast fillet of beef in a herb and parmesan crust with a strong jus, game dishes or mature cheese. Optimal drinking maturity until2030.
