Henry's Seven, an intriguing blend of Shiraz, Grenache, Mataro and Viognier, honors the legacy of Henry Evans, who planted the first vineyard in Keyneton on seven acres in 1853. This wine celebrates the introduction of Mediterranean grape varieties to South Australia during the pioneering era and is symbolic of the Barossa Valley's blend of history, culture and religion.

An intense bouquet of violets unfolds on the nose, accompanied by juicy aromas of dark fruits such as blackberries, raspberries and blueberries. This fruity opulence is accompanied by a fine spiciness reminiscent of black pepper and aniseed. The palate reveals a balanced blend of spice and freshness, supported by lively acidity and a harmonious tannin structure. This wine offers a perfect introduction to the world of Henschke and impresses with its complex yet accessible style.
