Convinces with its wonderful cool fruit and lightness, raspberry, red berries, cassis.
The special feature of this wine lies in its ageing. This red wine was vinified from a white wine. This means that a white must was pumped over a red wine mash and this must was then drawn off after approx. 4 days and fermented cool in steel tanks like a white wine. After these 4 days, the color and some of the tannins of the berries were leached out. This gives us the character and structure of a red wine, but at the same time the lightness and fruitiness of a white wine.

The Thermenregion is one of the oldest wine-growing regions in Austria and is located 30 km south of Vienna in Lower Austria. The region is influenced by the Pannonian climate. Typical of this are hot summers, dry weather in the fall and cooler winters.
Two different soil types form the basis for full-bodied red wines and finesse-rich white wines.
