Produced from 100% Pinot Noir grapes that have been gently pressed. An intense mousse with a strong fine bubbles is perceptible. In the glass as well as on the palate one finds a symphony of berry fruits. A light, finely integrated note of sweet brioche, typical of champagne, is also noticeable. Suitable as an aperitif or also as a food companion.
