The mousse of the sparkling wine shows itself as a very intense one, with a fineness of bubbles that finds its finish on the palate. The aroma is the same of the Riesling. A fine sweetness is clearly perceptible on the tip of the tongue, which makes the riesling-typical acid character recede slightly into the background, but by no means disappear. This sparkling wine is perfect for an aperitif.
