The wine has a deep ruby red color with garnet reflections. On the nose, it is rich in bouquet and persistent, with notes of red berries and spices such as cocoa, vanilla and coffee. On the palate, it is warm and balanced, with a consistent tannin structure that supports the wine's long finish.

Recommendation: The wine meets all the criteria for successful long-term ageing, it goes well with structured sauces, meat dishes, game dishes and dry cheeses. Ideally, it should be served at 18-20 degrees Celsius.
