Youthful and fresh, acacia and cherry blossom, dry and harmonious with a fine bitter almond note. A very well-known and sought-after white wine, which today is unfortunately produced almost exclusively in industrial wineries. But not all Soave is the same. The Garganega grapes for this wine grow on the hills above the small town of Soave and not on the fertile soils of the plain, and the yields per hectare are also much lower. It is not for nothing that the Pieropans' Soave is considered the best.
