The Bianco from Cecilia Beretta is an ideal all-rounder as a sparkling wine. It is a blend of the Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grape varieties and the local Glera grape variety. This special blend gives the Bianco a multi-layered character. Hints of ripe stone fruit are accompanied by notes of peach and almond blossom. On the palate, the aromas are excellently distributed by the sparkling perlage and underlined by nuances of figs.
