The grapes for our grape sparkling wine are harvested early in the morning when perfectly ripe and gently pressed. To preserve the juice, it is filtered, carbonated and filled directly into the bottle without going through alcoholic fermentation. As our BIANCA is a grape juice by law and contains no alcohol, it can be enjoyed by the youngest. 100% ORGANIC and 0% ALCOHOL.
