The grapes are harvested very early in order to preserve their wonderful aromas, acidity and lightness. The grapes are processed very gently in cool conditions and the resulting must is fermented at cooler temperatures in stainless steel tanks.
Taste: fragrant apple, some white berries and a pleasant, subtle acidity
