The grapes for this wine come from the best vineyards in Tattendorf. For this wine, only a few grapes are left on each vine to achieve optimum ripeness. The grapes are processed very gently and the mash is then fermented under optimal conditions in open mash containers. The wine is then placed in second fill barrels and matures there for 16 months.
Taste: a hint of wood among the ripe berry aromas, plus some vanilla and a hint of chocolate
