Refreshingly fruity with sweet aromas of candied citrus fruit, white peach and a hint of pineapple as well as subtle saline nuances. Lots of extract on the palate, a great structure and invigorating acidity. The finish is deliciously melting.

Alongside Trebbiano, Pecorino is one of the most important grape varieties in Abruzzo. Thanks to Ulisse's special production method, Pecorino impresses with its refreshing, fruity aromas of white peach, pineapple and citrus fruit.
