The grapes for the non-alcoholic white wine are specially harvested for production on the Mauerberg vineyards and processed into the base wine in the first step. This is followed by gentle dealcoholization, all in our own production and vegan. Conclusion: Not a substitute product, but an elegant white wine without alcohol, with a fine, salty minerality and a fruity aroma of apricot and passion fruit.
