The grapes are harvested very early to get or maintain the wonderful aroma, acidity and lightness. Very gently, the grapes are processed cool and the resulting must is fermented at cooler temperatures in stainless steel tanks, so that we get this typical elderflower and muscat aroma. After fermentation, the wine is filtered and bottled as fruity, with a little more residual sugar.
Taste: very fruity and floral nose, delicate sweet grape fruit, elderflower, muscat aroma.
