The peculiarity of this wine lies in its aging. Because this red wine was vinified from a white wine. This means that a white must was pumped over a red wine mash and this must was then drawn off after about 4 days and further fermented cool in steel tanks like a white wine. After these 4 days the color and partially the tannins of the berries were leached out. Thus we have the character and structure of a red wine, but at the same time the lightness and fruitiness of a white wine.
Taste: convinces with its beautiful cool fruit and lightness, raspberry, red berries, cassis.
Grape variety: Cabernet Blanc, Pinot Nova, Pinotin
Alcohol content: 10.5% vol.
Acidity: 5,1 g/l
Residual sugar: 3,7 g/l
