This prestigious cuvée from Monte Rossa has existed since 1985, has always been made from the single vineyard on the hill of Monte Rossa and is fermented 100% in barriques. To mature to full harmony and elegance, the Cabochon is aged in contact with the yeasts in the bottle for at least 40 months.
