Tropical hints of grapefruit & lime develop, with a little air a mineral, fine melt that perfectly integrates the fragrant exoticism. Taut spiciness of white pepper and yellow fruit, this wine is Grüner Veltliner a great representative of a Lössterrassen-Veltliner with very good ageing potential.
Food recommendation: Delicious with melon with ham, mushroom dishes, dishes with stronger sauces, also an interesting companion to cream cheese and blue cheese; a fine combination of classic Hauerjause and spicy dishes such as spaghetti aglio e olio, possibly even peppered up with a little chili pepper.

The roots of the Zöhrer winery and family go back 750 years to the time of the Babenbergs.
