Pale yellow-green, silver reflections. Fine yellow tropical fruit nuances, delicate hints of pineapple, apple and mango, underlaid with delicate meadow herbs, multi-faceted bouquet. Complex, extract-sweet, white fruit nuances, finesse-rich acid structure, lemony-salty finish, very good length, spicy aftertaste. Great ageing potential.
Food recommendation: A versatile accompaniment to white fish and seafood, as well as all dishes that are not too hearty. Also ideal as an aperitif and social wine.

The roots of the Zöhrer winery and family go back 750 years to the time of the Babenbergs.
We work consistently to exploit the potential of the great vineyards, which are among the most important in the Krems Valley. For it is there, in the terroir of the vineyards, that the strength of the Zöhrer winery lies. Most of the vines were planted by the grandfather and father 40 to 100 or more years ago. The focus is on the varieties Grüner Veltliner and Riesling. The wines have an unmistakable profile, are characterized by their origin and enjoy international appreciation.
