Our Pinot Noir site "Roter Mohr" is characterized as a very sun-exposed site with high limestone content. The aroma is typical for the variety with a slightly sweetish scent of red fruits, such as wild forest berry, strawberry, cassis, cherry and blackberry. In addition, there are spicy flavor compounds, such as wild herbs and a hint of pepper. After aging in barrique barrels, the Pinot Noir was bottled unfiltered. A powerful, dense and juicy Pinot Noir with a powerful finish. Incredible storage potential.
