The site "Neuleininger Feuermännchen" stands out as our top site with a high limestone content. A cool and very protected site with optimal ripening conditions. Classically vinified, the Spätburgunder shows fruit aromas such as wild forest berry, cassis, sour cherry and blackberry. The fruity flavor is also supported by smoky spicy flavor compounds such as wild herbs and a hint of pepper. Selected and treated with the finest care, the Feuermännchen matures new barrique barrels. The Pinot Noir was bottled unfiltered. The storage potential is extraordinary!
