2021 Riesling dry Wisselbrunnen GG VDP

This Riesling combines all of the Rheingau's talents into a complex wine, provided by the estate's best location. Wisselbrunnen is all about the originality of its origins: situated at an altitude of around 100 meters and exposed to the south-southwest, the Wisselbrunnen site benefits from perfect sunlight. The tertiary marl soils are characterized by easy warming and good water retention capacity, which guarantee optimal ripening of the grapes even in dry years. Thanks to its long ageing on the lees, it delivers silky elegance, a mineral mouthfeel and a vibrant interplay of fruit acidity, which exerts plenty of pressure on the palate and leads to a magnificent finish.
