A very special wine with excellent finesse, which was fermented in barriqufass. An explosion of red fruits, such as currant, strawberry and sweet cherry meet a finely integrated wood aroma, which is particularly pronounced on the palate. The perfectly balanced acidity characterizes the taste. The Fumé goes well with very hearty dishes or even a hearty Vesper.
