The wines in the Tank series are a modern take on the traditional appassimento method. They are characterized by their typical characteristics, a dense, full-bodied texture, intense and complex aromas, a light raisin note and pleasant residual sweetness. In contrast to many other appassimentos, they retain a taut acidity and a light, harmonious residual sugar content.
