The vintage comes from the younger vineyards, which are not older than 15 years. These vineyards are used in some years for the Reserva. Fermentation takes place in large wooden vats, using indigenous cultured yeasts selected from our own vineyards. The aging takes place in wooden barrels from their own cooperage, before bottling is clarified with egg white.
Grape variety: 70% Tempranillo, 20% Garnacha, 10% Mazuelo.
