2022 PET NAT

The PhD 22 shows aromas of apple, apricot, tropical fruit, lemon, candy and fresh fermentation on the nose. The palate is lively and crisp with notes of honeysuckle, flowers and grapefruit, supported by very subtle bubbles and some lovely tannins from skin contact.
The main grape variety is BUKETTRAUBE, a beautiful muscat-like wine with apricot and pear flavors! This grape variety is restrained and old-fashioned, as it is traditionally used (mainly in South Africa) for semi-sweet and sweet wines. But this year we are playing with Sauvignon and Chenin, which makes this wine a bit more powerful and crisp!
