The Nuits-Saint-Georges 1er Cru Aux Perdrix from Domaine des Perdrix is a red wine made from Pinot Noir produced in the Nuits-Saint-Georges 1er Cru appellation. This quasi-monopoly of 3.45 hectares (99% of the contiguous plots of the Domaine des Perdrix) is planted on calcareous clay soils with a high clay content. The wine is matured in oak barrels for an average of 15 months.
