The new 2021 vintage of Mönchspfad Pinot Blanc is a complete contrast to the 2020 wine. It was selectively harvested by hand at the end of September 2021 and pressed directly after a short maceration period. It was fermented in small wooden barrels and after a long storage on the lees, it was left to mature in the bottle for another 8 months. Intensely fruity and ripe mango flows into the nose paired with aromas of fresh meadow and garden herbs. A powerful and intense wine that gradually reveals more of itself. The wine makes you want more and encourages a second glass.
