A dry, light golden yellow Pinot Gris with a good structure and full body, powerful yet light. The aromas on the nose are complex and reminiscent of apples and ripe pears. On the palate, a fine melting texture gives it a round taste and elegance. Pleasant to drink and long-lasting on the palate. A wonderful sip of wine with a meal or on its own in a glass.
This full-bodied and juicy wine is the ideal accompaniment to grilled meat, seafood and Mediterranean pasta, summer salads with turkey breast, pork and veal dishes.
