A long yeast storage as well as the development in barrels and the origin of the wine "Grünstadter Röth" promise a complex and very dense Burgundy. An aroma of very ripe fruit characterizes the fruity sensation. The taste shows an intensity of ripe pear, quince in harmony with slightly vegetal notes. Nutty, buttery on the palate.
