Château Bélair-Monange is located at the very top of the famous limestone plateau of Saint-Émilion. It makes this, its second wine, from 90% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Franc, with the same care as its Grand Vin - the grapes are picked by hand as soon as they are perfectly ripe. The nose is filled with redcurrants and tobacco, and the medium-bodied palate of black fruits is framed by molten tannins.
