2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Ballard Vineyard Napa Valley

As always with DuMol's Cabernet, it is aged for 20 months in French oak barrels. In the case of the Ballard, 57% of it was new.

The nose is something special - dark and red fruits, dried thyme, wild sage play stunningly with rose petals and cedar. In the mouth, the dark and red fruits reappear, along with cassis, bay leaf, anise, herbs and most importantly grilled meats. Super elegant and with the finest tannins.
