2021 Chardonnay Estate Vineyard Sonoma Coast

Classic aromas of aniseed, sage and mint mingle with green apple and lime fruit. Notes of white flowers emerge with aeration. The palate is very intense - typical of this wine - with flavors of citrus oil, apricot and lemongrass. The wine's volume and viscosity resonate throughout - deep, expansive and viscous. A fine, chalky, mineral acidity balances this richness and extends the wine's long, clear finish. Drinkable between late 2023 and 2032, decant for an hour in its youth.
