The Grünstadter Riesling 'dry as a bone' shows a light yellow color with green reflections in the glass. The scent of citrus, grapefruit and lime as well as a hint of lemongrass is clearly perceptible. In addition to the incisive citrus aromas show aromas of white peach, vineyard peach and green apple, coupled by a racy minerality. The local wine was vinified dry in stainless steel tanks and has almost no natural residual sweetness. Nevertheless, it shows itself lasting with a harmonious finish.
