Some would probably describe the Grand Blanc as traditional, but it is certainly not outdated. A wine with an incredible density of flavor and complexity. The vineyards are flooded for 4 weeks every spring to retain the high salt content in the soil, which dates back to ancient times when there was a salt lake here. And you can still detect this spiciness in the glass.
