The fully ripe and partly shrunk grapes come exclusively from our Rotgipfler & Zierfandler sites in Pfaffstätten and Tattendorf. The grapes are gently processed by hand after the very careful harvest. In order to preserve the typical fruitiness of the variety and to guarantee drinking pleasure, this wine is aged exclusively in stainless steel tanks. Typical for our sweet wines is a rather higher acidity, which provides the drinking pleasure.

Taste: varietal aroma of apricots and flowers. On the palate slender and delicate with animating acidity.

The Thermenregion is one of the oldest wine-growing regions in Austria and is located 30 km south of Vienna in Lower Austria. The region is influenced by the Pannonian climate. Typical of this are hot summers, dry weather in the fall and cooler winters.

Two different soil types form the basis for full-bodied red wines and finesse-rich white wines.
