The grapes for this wine come from the best vineyards in Tattendorf. The grapes are processed very gently and the mash then ferments under optimal conditions in open mash tanks. The wine then goes into 2nd filling barrels and then matures there for 16 months. Only after the long storage the wine is blended.
Taste: fine forest floor notes and clear cherry aromas form a unity, aging in wooden barrels brings harmony and elegance.
