The grapes for this wine come from the best southern vineyards in Pfaffstätten and from the best vineyards in Tattendorf. For this wine, the fully ripened grapes are harvested together, gently processed and then finally fermented further after a long maceration period. During fermentation, this wine also has a certain amount of whole berries to get a completely different wine style. Afterwards the wine gets a lot of time to mature in stainless steel tanks and stays on the yeast until December. Varieties: - Rotgipfler - Chardonnay - Riesling
