For this rose frizzante we use Zweigelt - and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from the Tattendorfer vineyards. For this, the blue grapes are gently processed and pressed after a short maceration period. This is how we get this beautiful color. The must then ferments at cool temperatures in stainless steel tanks to get the fruitiness. After fermentation, the wine is filtered and bottled as a fruity, dry and easy-drinking Rose Frizzante.
Taste: subtle, yet delicately fruity aroma, slightly sweet notes of bright red berries, subtle acidity.
