Light golden yellow. Delicately nutty underlying pear fruit, yellow apple, a hint of herbal spice, mineral touch. Medium-bodied, balanced, white stone fruit, subtle acidity, fine fruit sweetness, lemony finish. An all-rounder with baked dishes. Vinified in used barrique and steel tank.
