Made from 100% Glera grown in a walled vineyard, this stunning wine offers unusual depth and structure. It delivers aromas and flavors of ripe yellow apple, pear, lemon drops, chopped sage and a hint of ginger, while the frothy, silky mousse gives it a creamy, elegant texture. A recent vertical tasting back to 2007 proves that this wine can develop more complexity after a few years in the cellar.
