2011 Terlano Terlaner I Grande Cuvée

The Terlaner I Grande Cuvée combines the Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay and Sauvignon grape varieties from the Winkl, Kreuth and Vorberg vineyards. Slow maturation in large oak barrels, long ageing on the fine lees according to the French "sûr lie" principle and a further year in the bottle give the Terlaner I Grande Cuvée an exceptionally multi-faceted aromatic structure and enormous potential for development. 2011 was the first vintage of the Grande Cuvée to be bottled.
With 2850 bottles, it is an absolute rarity and exclusively destined for the "wine lists of top international gastronomy", but of course a few bottles of the "Terlaner I Grande Cuvée" have found their way into our wine store.
