Lightening yellow, showing a greenish shimmer. The bouquet shows a lot of honey and ripe yellow fruit, the botrytis is peppery and has traces of citrus, especially orange peel. Juicy on the palate, soft on the outside, incredibly peppery, almost spicy on the inside. This makes it very storable but also austere. Very difficult to taste!
