2015 Quinta Vale D. Maria Vintage Port

Vintage Port is the king of red wines. No other wine has comparable intensity, density and concentration. Vintage Port is only available in certain years. The wine is bottled relatively early and then undergoes its entire ageing process in the bottle. This can sometimes take 20 years or more. A deposit develops during this process, which is why the Vintage should always be decanted. Try this Vintage Port with Stilton or other blue cheeses - this is one of the great culinary experiences, unmistakable in its uniqueness.
