The Adrianna Vineyard Mundus Bacillus Terrae 2016 comes from a cold and rainy El Niño vintage that broke the mold of typical Mendoza weather. The grapes were harvested a little later and achieved a slow, perfect ripening while maintaining very good freshness. The acidic core lifts the wine and gives it an unbelievable freshness.
